Delete your StudyVenture account
Account deletion is available in the app. If you cannot install or open the app, you can start the request here by email.
Directly in the app
Open the app and sign in
Sign in with the learning account you want to delete.
Open Profile
Open “Profile” and choose “Delete account”. The app first loads a preview of the affected account data.
Confirm explicitly twice
Enter exactly “LÖSCHEN” or “LOESCHEN”, prepare the deletion and then confirm the action marked as irreversible.
Without the installed app
Write from the email address of the affected learning account if possible. Add the account address to the prepared message, but never a password, sign-in code or session token.
If the app closed during the final step
Flutter v2 stores only a non-secret request ID for deletion, not a local recovery secret. If only the sign-in screen appears after an interruption, use the support route and describe where the app stopped.
Data export and other data rights
Flutter v2 currently has no automatic export function. Access and data portability requests can also be submitted through the support page.
